What we have always found special about this house is how light and spacious it feels. With the first rays of sunshine of the day, we drink our coffee on the terrace overlooking the water. In winter, we still enjoy it there, under the canopy with the integrated heaters.
Inside, we opted for herringbone flooring with underfloor heating and a steel door to the living room, which gives the house a modern and attractive look.
The neighbourhood is quiet and child-friendly, with many playgrounds and a shopping centre within walking distance. That makes living here very practical and pleasant. What's more, you can cycle to the centre of Rotterdam in 20 minutes.
What we will definitely miss is the location of the garden and the lovely light character of the house. It has been the ideal place for our family, and we hope that the new residents will enjoy it as much as we have.
