Description

The rental of private sector flats in BLEI Leiden is coming soon. Rentals will officially start on Monday 23 March at 12:00 noon. From that moment on, you can register for one or more properties from the private sector offering. In addition to the private sector properties, BLEI also comprises 64 mid-range rental flats. These properties will be let at a later date. As soon as we have more information, we will inform everyone via our newsletter. You will find the interactive property search tool on the project website. Here you can view the location of each flat in the building, the floor plan and the most important features. This allows you to determine in advance which properties best suit your housing needs and compile your preferences. The private sector offering consists of two- and three-room flats, spread over the 1st to 13th floors. Rents start at €1,885 per month (excluding service charges and other additional costs). We advise you to select your favourite construction numbers before 23 March. On the day the rental period starts, you will only need to confirm your selection. BLEI's rental portfolio consists of a total of 128 rental apartments (64 of which are mid-range rentals), each with its own identity and location and living areas ranging from approximately 54 to 89 m². Naturally, all homes are equipped with a kitchen and bathroom facilities. The private sector homes also feature floor finishes. BLEI’s portfolio comprises lovely two- and three-bedroom flats. BLEI offers living amidst greenery and in the city. In peace and quiet, yet surrounded by activity. In a stylish and sustainable complex with a stunning enclosed courtyard garden. BLEI brings joy to residents and the whole neighbourhood. BLEI is a sturdy new-build complex with space for living, working and lots of greenery. Living without natural gas, using solar panels and rainwater that is conveniently collected. Built in steps like a corner, with green roof terraces and lots of greenery on balconies, surrounding a courtyard garden of no less than 1,875 m². Beneath this green heart is a car park, a large bicycle shed and a private storage room for each resident. Surroundings
