In the new-build project Vossenburght in Voorschoten, the first ten sustainable rental homes were launched in December 2025. Several homes are still available in Block 1 and Block 3.
In February 2026, the project will expand with seven apartments and seven spacious family homes. The family homes in Phase 2, Block 2, offer a living area of approximately 125 m². They feature a southwest-facing balcony and a loft. The six two-room apartments on the upper floors have a living area of approximately 39 m². The three-room apartment on the ground floor offers approximately 55 m² of living space.
Construction has started. Completion is scheduled for the first half of 2026.
Would you like to live in a high-quality, sustainably built home within short distance of the charming center of Voorschoten? Vossenburght offers exactly that.
Please note that an income requirement applies. The gross household income must be approximately three times the basic monthly rent. A second income is fully taken into account.
The project consists of 24 gas-free rental homes, divided into 17 family homes and 7 apartments arranged around an attractive courtyard.
The family homes offer a usable floor area of approximately 118 m² to 125 m², spread over three levels.
These homes meet high sustainability standards and provide strong living comfort. The provisional energy label is A+++. This rating is achieved through triple glazing, a heat recovery ventilation system, a water storage system, a ground-source heat pump, and underfloor heating. The water storage system buffers rainwater and supports sustainable water management.
Each family home includes a front and rear garden. A private storage unit is located in the rear garden. The larger homes in Block 2 also feature a southwest-facing balcony.
The homes are rented semi-furnished and include high-quality finishes. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven, induction hob, and dishwasher.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, double washbasin, and towel radiator. Each family home has two toilets, one separate toilet on the ground floor and one in the bathroom.
Floors are finished with PVC and white PVC skirting boards. The walls are delivered with wallpaper, allowing for immediate occupancy. Window coverings are not included.
The area around Lord Baden Powellweg offers a quiet, green, and family-friendly setting close to schools, sports facilities, and shops.
The attractive center of Voorschoten, with its terraces, restaurants, and convenient connections to Leiden and The Hague, is located nearby.
Vossenburght delivers modern and sustainable living comfort in a prime location in Voorschoten. It suits residents who value quality, peace, and energy-efficient living.
