LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY
Wanneperveen is located in the province of Overijssel, close to the famous canal village Giethoorn. The region is known for its scenic boating routes, charming villages, and extensive cycling and hiking trails. Within minutes you can reach the towns of Meppel and Steenwijk for your daily shopping and services. The area is easily accessible via highways A32 and A28, and public transportation connects nearby train and bus stations.
While the broader region is a popular tourist destination year-round, the park itself maintains a quiet and peaceful character—especially outside the high season.
THE CHALET
This modern L-shaped Arcabo chalet offers approximately 60 m² of living space. It is well insulated, with double glazing, roof insulation, and a heating system based on a Remeha boiler. A new extension and wooden deck were added in 2024 and are in excellent condition.
Inside, the bright living room overlooks the water and connects seamlessly to the modern kitchen with built-in appliances. There is a neat bathroom, three full-sized bedrooms, and potential for a fourth sleeping space. Permanent residence is not allowed, as the property is for recreational use only.
FACILITIES ON THE PARK
Camping De Bolder is a well-maintained water park with direct access to the surrounding lakes. During the summer, various recreational activities are organized, and there are swimming and play facilities for children. In the winter, the park is quiet—ideal for peaceful getaways.
