Walking along a section of the dike, you arrive at what might just be your personal little paradise! A wide hardwood deck surrounds the boat with a narrower walkway, a strip of garden with colorful plants, a veranda/conservatory, and a detached metal shed at the end of the deck. Through the veranda/conservatory, you enter the houseboat. Entrance hall, with the bathroom on the left, featuring a simple but neat shower area, splash screen, towel radiator, and toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the water side, both well-ventilated and equipped with insect screens. The main bedroom is spacious enough for a double bed, with room to walk around it, and includes a washbasin. The smaller bedroom could fit a bunk bed, but currently has a single bed with storage above and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is wide and full of natural light. The generous corner kitchen is equipped with various appliances, such as a hob and a fridge-freezer. There is also a cupboard with the central heating boiler and washing machine. All utilities are registered in your own name.
Parking is available at your privately rented parking space. Visitors can park freely on the large premises.

It is not possible to take out a mortgage on the houseboat. Financing is possible through savings or by increasing the mortgage on your current home. Exempt from transfer tax and can be transferred without notary fees.
Please note: this is a recreational houseboat. The season runs from April 1 to the end of October. Overnight stays are only allowed during this period. Outside the season, you may be present, but overnight stays are not permitted.
