    Wat in ons voordeel was dat Pieter zelf in deze wijk heeft gewoond en de huizen kent. Goede communicatie met hem. Huis was snel verkocht, mede omdat wij zelf ook een bouwkundig rapport hadden laten opmaken en bij de bezichtigingen ook beschikbaar was en door Pieter kon worden getoond.
