    Marijn has been crucial for us. Being expats buying our first house, we had zero experience on this market, and yes having an agent is an investment but it’s really worth it. For the negotiation itself we saved a lot following his advice, and we were able to make informed and confident choices. He also helped a lot reviewing the agreements after the offer was accepted. He is professional and reliable.
