    Contacten waren goed. Bij sommige zaken had hij iets proactiever kunnen zijn. Dat heeft te maken met vooraf beter inlezen. Maar het complete plaatje is zeer goed. Ook het kantoor. Daar was met goed op de hoogte van ons dossier.
