We mediate in the purchase or sale of homes in the South Kennemerland region. Additionally, we conduct property appraisals. With these appraisals, we help our clients determine the value of their home for purposes such as applying for bridge financing or a mortgage. In all of these tasks, we represent our clients to the best of our ability. Furthermore, we relieve our clients of almost all the hassle and challenges that come with the buying or selling process by either taking them over or simplifying them.

    Ik heb naast deskundigheid en een groot netwerk een fijne en persoonlijke benadering ervaren. Wat ik ook erg fijn vond was de appgroep rondom mijn aankoopproces waar het hele kantoor onderdeel van was. Iedereen leefde mee en er werd snel gereageerd. Het advies wat je krijgt is eerlijk en oprecht.

    Tim van Barnsteen Makelaars heeft ons zeer prettig begeleid in de aankoop en verkoop van een woning. Ik was kritisch in het proces van verkoop en Tim wist daar heel fijn mee om te gaan, goed te schakelen en met kennis van de markt en kunde in de begeleiding van de biedingen de verkoop te realiseren. Ik kijk terug op een goede begeleiding en beveel ze van harte aan.
