Zeer positieve ervaringen met dit makelaarskantoor. We hadden een vast aanspreekpunt en ondervonden dat als de personele bezetting wat lager was de service gewoon nog top verliep. De verkoop verliep heel goed en er werd goed gecommuniceerd over wanneer en hoe de bezichtigingen waren verlopen. De verdere afhandeling t/m notaris, super! VanGulik makelaars heeft ons ook superfijn geholpen met de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning. Onze hartelijk dank aan dhr. Tervoort

De samenwerking met Jan Tervoort van Van Gulik Makelaars is heel plezierig verlopen. Jan is goed bereikbaar, duidelijk in de informatieverstrekking en flexibel in het maken van afspraken. Het was fijn om samen tot een goede verkoopstrategie te komen. Vooral zijn lokale kennis van Beverwijk en omstreken heeft daar goed bij geholpen. De verkoop is vlot en succesvol verlopen dankzij goed overleg en goede voorbereiding.
