“We kunnen Zicht makelaardij, aangesloten bij de brancheorganisatie, zeker aanbevelen. Wiebe heeft veel lokale marktkennis en het verkoopresultaat mag er zijn. Er was direct een persoonlijke klik, wat we een belangrijke factor vinden. Het gevoel met Wiebe was meteen goed. De kosten zijn vooraf duidelijk besproken en vastgelegd in een contract. Er werd een prachtige fotoserie opgeleverd met ook drone foto’s en een fraaie video virtuele rondleiding en duidelijke plattegronden. Uiteindelijk had Wiebe maar 3 dagen nodig om ons een besluit te laten nemen. We hadden alle vertrouwen. De communicatie verliep uiterst soepel ook tijdens het intensieve beslismoment. Deze bekwame makelaar verstaat zijn vak en kunnen we zeker recommanderen.”
