We are ECHT Real Estate Agents & Appraisers. Founded in 2020 by Laurens Slikker and Sven van der Klein. A real estate agency for the housing market in the greater Alkmaar region. Laurens and Sven have known each other for several years on a business level and have many similarities. Interfaces that mainly express themselves in wanting to do REALLY well.


Nice to meet you

Laurens Slikker has been active in real estate since 2006. Grew up in the Schagen area. Now living in Alkmaar and working in real estate in this beautiful city. Laurens obtained his title RM RT (Registered Broker & Registered Appraiser) in 2013 and is a sworn NVM broker. In addition to the fact that he has a lot of experience in buying and selling homes, he can and may also prepare appraisal reports. Sven van der Klein has worked for housing associations for many years, where his focus was on renting out homes. In 2012, Sven founded an architectural consultancy firm. The main services were construction inspections, delivery inspections (new-build homes) and the preparation of multi-year maintenance budgets. At the end of 2018, Sven sold his company and continued to work as a consultant.

ECHT is the newest NVM real estate agency for the greater Alkmaar region. We are not a dime a dozen traditional real estate agency. We take care of everything related to the sale for you. From the first appointment to the key transfer. We go just a little further than the rest and continue until you are REALLY satisfied. How do we plan to make you satisfied? We provide the best advice, highest returns and a realistic view of the housing market. We go the extra mile where necessary, use the latest techniques, but still enjoy good old-fashioned hard work. In addition, we really see the power of social media when selling, purchasing and renting homes.     Wij kijken met een heel goed gevoel terug op onze samenwerking met deze makelaar. Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact bijzonder prettig, zowel met de makelaar zelf als met zijn assistente. Het bedrijf straalt warmte en gastvrijheid uit. Tijdens het startgesprek vertelde hij ons dat bezichtigers altijd op een warme manier worden ontvangen, bijvoorbeeld met een kopje koffie. Dit gaf ons direct het gevoel dat hij zorgde voor een huiselijk sfeer wat bij ons past. Daarnaast werd er ontzettend snel en efficiënt geschakeld. De bezichtigingen waren binnen no-time ingepland en verliepen stuk voor stuk soepel. Dankzij deze professionele aanpak was ons huis al binnen twee weken verkocht — iets waar we enorm blij mee zijn. Ook was er alle ruimte om mee te denken over de verkoopmaterialen. De foto’s konden volledig naar onze wens worden aangepast. Kortom: een warm, professioneel en betrokken kantoor dat echt met je meedenkt. Wij raden deze makelaar absoluut aan!

    Wij zijn hier heel vriendelijk geholpen zowel door onze makelaar Sven als de dames die op kantoor werken. Altijd snel reactie en goed en vriendelijk met ons meedenken. Sven heeft ons heel goed geholpen met onderhandelen! Een professionele en toch persoonlijke sfeer.
