We liepen tegen een probleem aan dat de makelaar nog nooit had meegemaakt; gelukkig was van Spronsen zo verstandig om de hulp in te roepen van de juristen van de NVM. Zij hadden wel een aantal vergelijkbare zaken meegemaakt en konden desgevraagd adviseren.
