More than 25 years ago, Robert van 't Oever started Oosterhave Makelaars. A few months later, Aly Heuver and Ina Jansen quickly completed the team. In 2018, Oosterhave Makelaars itself moved to a larger office, because they joined the Ten Hag group that year. They are proud of this collaboration. In this way Oosterhave Makelaars can market the homes of its clients even more widely and better. As a result of this collaboration, Simone Woldendorp has joined the team as a mortgage advisor. Since our foundation, we have set ourselves the goal of looking beyond local and municipal boundaries, hence the slogan "the key to real estate in Twenterand and the surrounding area!" In order to further shape this vision, Oosterhave Makelaars joined the ten Hag Group from Enschede at the end of 2017. We are convinced that in this way we can digitally connect the housing supply in the rural municipality of Twenterand with all major cities in the eastern Netherlands.

Hypotheeknet

Through the collaboration with the Ten Hag Group, a Financial Services department has also been set up. We work together with the national and completely independent mortgage chain "Hypotheeknet". Hypotheeknet can place the mortgage with all recognized and active lenders in the Netherlands. Simone Woldendorp is the mortgage advisor at our office who can relieve you of all worries when financing your new home.
