    Wij kijken terug op een prettige en professionele samenwerking met 11 Makelaars. Vanaf het eerste gesprek viel de goede marktkennis op. De lokale markt werd helder toegelicht en we kregen een realistische waardebepaling met een duidelijke strategie. Dat gaf vertrouwen in het proces. 11 Makelaars is onderdeel van een groot internationaal netwerk, wat zorgt voor een breed bereik en professionele ondersteuning bij marketing en presentatie. De verkoopaanpak was zorgvuldig en goed doordacht. Het advies hebben wij als eerlijk en goed onderbouwd ervaren. Er werd transparant gecommuniceerd over zowel kansen als aandachtspunten, waardoor we steeds wisten waar we aan toe waren. De communicatie verliep via korte lijntjes. Vragen werden snel opgepakt en we werden actief op de hoogte gehouden van de voortgang en de reacties na bezichtigingen. Daarnaast was alles goed georganiseerd. Afspraken, bezichtigingen en de verdere afhandeling verliepen soepel en gestructureerd. Al met al een deskundige en betrouwbare makelaar die wij zeker aanbevelen.
