My name is Etienne van Hooff, and since 2005, I have been guiding people through the buying and selling of homes, apartments, and investment properties. What drives me is the power of a personal approach. For me, it’s not just about the house—it’s about the story behind it. Every house has a soul, just like the people who live in it, and that’s what makes my work special.

After studying architecture and industrial engineering, and gaining experience in architectural and construction projects, I began my career in De Bilt. In 2008, I moved my office to the historic Westerkade in Utrecht. This location perfectly reflects what I stand for: history, quality, and a warm welcome for everyone who walks in.

Outside of work, I enjoy the wind and water through wind/kitesurfing or wingfoiling, as well as taking a drive in my classic Mini Cooper S. These hobbies represent freedom and focus—exactly what I bring to my work as a real estate agent.
