    Heel soepel en mee denkend was onze makelaar, hij gaf goede begeleiding en advies. We zijn zeer tevreden over de verloop van de verkoop.

    De dienstverlening van deze makelaar was helaas ruim onder de maat. De verkooptekst was inhoudelijk onjuist en slecht opgesteld, met verwijzingen naar een ander winkelcentrum en een verkeerde beschrijving van de ligging. Daarnaast zijn er administratieve fouten gemaakt, waaronder het toesturen van documenten die niet voor mij bestemd waren. Het verkoopadvies over de verwachte opbrengst bleek achteraf onrealistisch en niet onderbouwd. Gedurende het traject heb ik bovendien weinig inzet ervaren om de woning tegen een zo goed mogelijke prijs te verkopen. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.
