Prima contact, Maurijn kon snel schakelen; toen wij op vrijdag einde middag belden over een huis waarin wij geïnteresseerd waren kon hij diezelfde middag nog de verkopend makelaar bereiken, op maandag gezamenlijk de tweede bezichtiging doen en op dinsdagavond was ons bod geaccepteerd. Goed de opties en consequenties besproken.
