As a specialized real estate agency, Bijzonder Wonen has been the right address for selling your special (monumental) home for many years.


Many people see us as a monument broker, partly because of our passion for cultural heritage. Among our listings you will therefore find various national monuments, municipal monuments and other historic buildings. You can also come to us for advice on the purchase of your future farmhouse, villa, country house or town house. We profile ourselves not on exclusivity in terms of price, but exclusivity of the object and the corresponding service level.


For an introductory meeting you are welcome in our monument in the center of Zaltbommel. Of course we are also happy to visit you at home.
