    Door vooraf duidelijk de afspraken met elkaar te bespreken en vast te leggen waren er geen verrassingen bij de uiteindelijke rekening. De service en begeleiding was buitengewoon goed, er werd goed naar de verkopende partij geluisterd en de mogelijkheden van de kopende partij werden goed onder de aandacht gebracht. Hierdoor kon er binnen afzienbare tijd een mooie deal gesloten worden, waar zowel de koper als de verkoper zeer tevreden waren.
