    Contact is goed aangepast op het clientèle. Zakenkundig ook zeker aangaande de lokale markt. Helder in het wegzetten van een verwachtingspatroon. Zeer behulpzaam en Zeer prettige communicatie waarbij deze Zeer goed alle betrokken partijen van informatie voorziet. Zowel als tijdens het verkoopproces als in aanloop naar de afronding. Ik beveel AWM makelaardij absoluut aan en vind het een zeer prettige samenwerking.

    We ontmoetten Wobke toen we een koophuis bezochten en dachten meteen: die moeten we hebben als we ons eigen huis gaan kopen. We voelden ons zeer welkom, alsof hij de eigenaar was, en werden kundig ingelicht over alles wat me maar wilden weten of niet wisten dat we dat wilden weten. En, belangrijk in Nederland: het was meteen gezelllig 😊En volgens mij is dat wat je zoekt als koper én verkoper.
