    Het was deskundige begeleiding, waarbij niet direct de nadruk werd gelegd op het binnenhalen van een zo hoog mogelijke opbrengst van de woning. De woning verzorgd en betrouwbaar aan de buitenwereld tonen, oa met goed foto- en filmmateriaal, wekt belangstelling en dat doet de interesse van aspirant kopers aanwakkeren en dat resulteert altijd in goede biedingen. Die aanpak spreekt mij nog steeds aan.
