    Het was een absolute meerwaarde om met Daan Eckhart samen te werken. Vanaf het eerste contactmoment viel zijn professionaliteit en warme, persoonlijke benadering direct op. Daan maakt moeiteloos de juiste balans tussen betrokkenheid en deskundigheid. Hij nam altijd de tijd om écht te luisteren naar onze wensen en verwachtingen, en vertaalde die moeiteloos naar concrete acties. Wat Daan onderscheidt, is zijn proactieve houding. Hij wacht niet af, maar denkt voortdurend mee, anticipeert op mogelijke obstakels en komt steeds met doordachte, praktische oplossingen. Niets was hem teveel: of het nu ging om een snelle update of een uitgebreide toelichting, Daan was altijd bereikbaar en stond klaar met heldere communicatie en waardevol advies. Zijn kennis van de markt en zijn scherp inzicht in zowel de zakelijke als emotionele kant van het koopproces, gaven ons continu vertrouwen. Daarbij wist hij het traject ook persoonlijk en menselijk te houden – iets wat we enorm hebben gewaardeerd. Dankzij zijn inzet en toewijding voelde het proces niet alleen professioneel, maar ook prettig en zorgeloos.

    Prima contact met de makelaar, prettig, warm deskundig en correct. Wel wat foutjes in de communicatie met medewerkers van kantoor die nadat ik die aankaartte werden gecorrigeerd. Dat was jammer.
