With our many years of experience in real estate, we, Ilse Dam, Pieter Keijzer, Lilian Weerdesteijn, want to distinguish ourselves as an office through our high level of commitment, enthusiasm, professional knowledge and integrity, which translate into a high level of service to our customers from the very first introduction up to and including, and if necessary, well after the delivery of the purchased or sold immovable property. DKV makelaars provide old-fashioned services using the most modern techniques and communication tools. We specialize in the purchase, sale, rental of homes in Amsterdam and surrounding areas.

We are also involved in: • valuations • Advice on sales and/or rental decisions • Advice on renovations

Our office is located in a very strategic location in the AOC (Amsterdam Entrepreneurs Center) at the WG-Plein in Amsterdam Oud West between the Overtoom and the Jacob van Lennepkade. DKV makelaars is a member of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents (NVM) and the Real Estate Agents Association Amsterdam (MVA). Our communication system is therefore directly linked to Funda, the largest house search website in the Netherlands. DKV makelaars can count many foreign clients among its customers.
