    Mijn makelaar heeft mij uitstekend geholpen. Hij begreep precies wat voor woning ik zocht, waardoor het eerste bod direct raak was tegen een zeer schappelijke aankoopprijs. De communicatie met mij verliep soepel en duidelijk, en ook het contact met de verkoper werd volledig uit handen genomen, zodat ik er geen omkijken naar had. Mijn belangen werden hierbij uitstekend behartigd. Daarnaast ontving ik deskundig advies over de staat van het huis en het verdere verloop van het proces. Ik heb geen aandachtspunten.

    De verkoop ging vlot. De begeleiding en feed back tijdens de onderhandelingen was goed, ook toen er problemen met de financiering dreigden. Ook na de voorlopige verkoop heeft de makelaar ons goed begeleid. Achteraf ben ik blij dat we deze makelaar gekozen hebben.
