    Zeer fijn en deskundig door het hele verkoopproces heen gegaan. Eerlijke en open communicatie over verwachtingen en daadwerkelijk verloop. Wij zijn zeer tevreden.

    Slechte communicatie, slechte fotografie door fotograaf die overduidelijk op automatische piloot fotografeerde en ondanks expliciet verzoek tot het maken van specifieke foto’s dit pertinent niet deed en zelfs hetgeen verwacht mag worden en vanzelfsprekend is, eveneens niet fotografeerde. Zelfs belangrijke delen van de tuin werden weggelaten, zoals de achterkant. Bovendien was de begeleidende tekst buitengewoon slecht opgesteld. De tekst liep zeer slecht, klonk onlogisch, zat vol taalfouten en vermeldde zelfs onjuistheden. Overduidelijk AI. Bleek dus ook zo te zijn. Uiteindelijk zelf tekst aangeleverd inclusief aantal foto’s. Moest zelf na dagen vragen of er geen bord in de tuin geplaatst zou moeten worden en er waren nog meer vanzelfsprekende dingen die je mag verwachten van een makelaar maar waaraan niet werd voldaan. Ik vond het schokkend en verbazingwekkend. Enig niveau mag ik toch verwachten? Dit kan niet waar zijn, dacht ik. Wat mag je dan wel verwachten van een makelaar? Zo weinig? Voortdurend zeer slechte communicatie. Voelde als totale indifferentie. Wel tevreden over verkoop. Neem aan goed onderhandeld en verstand van de markt.
