    Het contact met Jolein Buys van 123 makelaars was heel erg prettig, ze is heel positief, erg betrokken, en altijd enthousiast, communicatief heel helder en op alle gebieden was de persoonlijke begeleiding top, Wat ons vooral aansprak was dat ze ‘echt’ en prettig contact met ons maakte, en volledig de tijd nam met oprechte interesse en aandacht vanaf de eerste kennismaking. Dat gaf aan ons aan dat zij echt investeerde in ons, en dat ze dus ook bij de verkoop met veel oprechte aandacht contact zou maken met de geïnteresseerden. Dat gaf ons gelijk in het begin al veel vertrouwen en een goed gevoel in haar als behartiger van onze belangen. Er was gedurende het hele traject altijd ruimte voor vragen en er werd ook geluisterd naar onze wensen. Met veel oog voor detail en goed advies zijn de mogelijkheden om ons zo goed mogelijk tot een mooi resultaat te brengen allemaal benut. En zeker zo belangrijk, door een zeer scherpe inschatting van de markt vanaf het eerste moment en een passende strategie en de pro actieve begeleiding tijdens het hele traject zijn we zeer goed geslaagd.
