Migiel from Vastgoed did an intake session with me when I first started looking for a house and carefully explained all the details. We did a few viewings together, where his expertise in assessing the situation of each house was important (fit for what I was looking for, location, build quality, etc). He helped put together a competitive offer within my budget and set it up for success. He also helped a lot with explaining the purchase contract and reviewing the provided documentation, ahead of us agreeing with the selling agent. I very much appreciate his help and would definitely recommend.

Heel plezierig contact gedurende het hele proces. Goede adviezen over presentatie, vraagprijs en procedure. Voorlopig niet aan de orde maar voor herhaling vatbaar 🙂
