As a purchasing agent I experience it often enough. A viewing is only possible during office hours and not in the evening or weekend, an offer made on Friday will not be responded to until Monday. Extremely annoying of course in this exciting process.I understand that and that is why my services are full service. Think I can sell your house on Sunday and you have no problem with me coming over? Then I'll just come on Sunday.
