Vondel Makelaars is one of the younger real estate agencies in Amsterdam, founded with great enthusiasm in 2021. Since then, we have been dedicated to guiding and advising our clients at every step. With over 25 years of combined experience in residential real estate, Jasper van der Wilden and Christoph Schram have built a broad and in-depth expertise, enabling us to provide detailed and well-founded advice.

We also provide validated appraisal reports. Our appraisers are affiliated with the Dutch Property Value Institute (NWWI) and registered with the Dutch Register of Real Estate Appraisers (NRVT).
