Description

Steenhuis has a Real Estate department for selling houses and a Real Estate Management department for technical and financial management for rented houses and Owners' Associations.


Rental

We manage various apartments (complexes) and houses for investors and private owners. The management involvesan extensive range of tasks: from renting out houses and the technical and financial management for the landlord. We can do exactly those activities for you that you do not want to do yourself.


Owners Associations

In addition, we provide technical and financial management for 37 Owners' Associations. We take care of the preparation of the annual (maintenance) budget, the monthly collection of the service costs and the contribution for the reserve funds and the organization of the meeting (s).

This office is a member of the NVM.

With over 4400 affiliated real estate agents/appraisers, the Dutch Cooperative Association of Real Estate Agents and Appraisers (NVM) is the largest membership organisation for real estate agents, appraisers and property experts. An NVM real estate agent is an expert in the field, is personally engaged and makes buying or selling a house a hassle-free process.

    Proces van A tot Z weer goed geregeld, zoals we van deze makelaar gewend zijn. Steenhuis heeft op alle fronten: verhuur, verkoop en VVE beheer haar spullen goed op orde. Zeker een bedrijf waar ik graag zaken mee doe!

    Alle aspecten voor een goede begeleiding van A tot Z in het verhuurproces verdienen een grote pluim. Onze contact-persoon (Evelien W.) is uiterst correct, doortastend en naar de potentiële huurders op een vriendelijke manier aangevend wat wel en wat niet kan. Dat ik bij "service en begeleiding" tot een iets lagere score kom, heeft als reden dat ik soms behoefte had aan iets meer tussentijdse stand van zaken. Mijn naam mag wél bekend zijn bij mijn makelaar Steenhuis, maar niet in een openbaar toegankelijk register.

    Prettig en prima. Deze toelichting is voor de Funda-fundamentalisten veel te kort maar ik volsta met de 2 p’s: prettig en prima.
