    Martijn Geerdink kent niet alleen de streek, maar in ons geval ook de specifieke wijk. Onze woning is in een mum van tijd verkocht, boven de vraagprijs en naar alle tevredenheid. Tussentijdse updates, telefoontjes met de stand van zaken, een vakkundig kantoor. Uiteindelijk bepaalt de uitkomst grotendeels de beoordeling en die is meer dan in orde.

    Contacten verliepen goed. de adviezen waren in lijn met mijn verwachtingen. Ik weet niet of dat aan de inspanningen van de makelaar heeft gelegen of dat het de marktomstandigheden waren , maar ik had verwacht op mijn huis overbiedingen te krijgen maar dat is niet gebeurd. Verkoopprijs uiteindelijk uitgekomen op nagenoeg de vraagprijs.

    Communicatie is niet optimaal , back office is vaak niet op de hoogte van zaken die de makelaar afspreekt en vice versa Makelaar zelf ook niet transparant in sommige zaken
