    Het contact met de makelaar was prima. Goed bereikbaar en snelle reactie op vragen. De makelaar voldeed daarmee aan de verwachting

    Het is wel zo dat de makelaar op de voorhand verwachtte dat het huis voor een hogere prijs, zo'n 7 tot 13 % meer verkocht zou gaan worden dan wat het uiteindelijk opbracht. De waarde is misschien niet helemaal goed, en te hoog ingeschat. De verkoopprijs was nog wel redelijk.
