Steven was highly recommended by my mortgage advisor. Initially, we attempted many times to find houses within our chosen areas and failed. However, we were able to finally get this very nice and well-kept house given Steven's patience, experience and expertise. He initially provided us advise on how to narrow down on our search for the house. Throughout the process, he was very responsive (appreciate the responses even on weekends) and very detailed in providing explanation. He provides a good amount of detail on his findings on the property and how to strategize. He was also able to help me on the processes after the bidding process. I would highly recommend Steven if you are looking for a property.

Het contact verliep vlot. Steven schroomde niet om elke vraag die ik had te beantwoorden en gaf geweldig advies over alle zaken omtrent de aankoop van de woning. Hij is professioneel, maar kijkt ook naar het menselijk aspect. Steven is zeker aan te raden als makelaar.
