    Arman Balaian van wonen met Rutger was mijn makelaar. Ik had het niet beter kunnen treffen. Het contact was vanaf het eerste moment heel goed, hij is erg thuis in de woningmarkt en gaf me goede en deskundige adviezen. Hij was altijd goed bereikbaar en was behulpzaam met het aanleveren van de nodige informatie naar derden. Ik ben meer dan tevreden, woon met heel veel plezier in mijn nieuwe huis

    Ik heb 3 makelaars bij mij thuis laten komen. Uiteindelijk gekozen voor Rutger, mede op aanraden van mijn kinderen. Rutger zou namelijk de nr 1 makelaar zijn op het gebied van de sociale media. Hij zou de woningen op een heel eigen wijze, zeer enthousiast, en zeer leuk presenteren. En dit bleek ook zo te zijn. Hij is niet de goedkoopste maar is zijn geld beslist waard.

    Arman heeft ons verkoopproces uitstekend en professioneel begeleid. Zijn adviezen zijn realistisch en positief. Hij reageert altijd snel en vriendelijk bij vragen en opmerkingen en het contact is zeer prettig en ongecompliceerd!
