We are familiar with the local situation and know exactly how it all works: the current housing market, structural aspects, cancellation clauses, municipal regulations and how to make a competitive, but realistic offer.


We will continue to help you until you are completely satisfied!

Allready bought a house? An appraisal of the residential property is generally required for mortgage approval – and must be done by a certified (NWWI) appraiser. Your buying agent may not do the appraisal, since they are involved in the negotiation process. So we can make this for you!
