  Out amsterdam was very available through out the process, and open to talk about every step, also they handled cleaning, emptying the apartment, so I didn't have to go there at all. Very easy for me.

  We engaged Laurens and his team from Out A'dam to manage the rental and eventual sale of our apartment when we relocated overseas and we couldn't be happier with their service. Laurens and his team took care of any issues that arose with our tenants swiftly and competently and we always felt our apartment was in good hands. When it came time to sell the apartment the whole process was smooth and stress free, even with us being half a world away. Laurens and co had a good handle on the current market and what we could expect. We came away with a great result and can recommend Out A'dam without hesitation.

  Ik raad iedereen die z'n huis wil verhuren of verkopen een samenwerking met Laurens aan. Ik heb zowel de verhuur als verkoop bij hem gedaan. Hij is kundig en betrouwbaar, snel in communicatie, iemand die meedenkt en oprecht betrokken is waardoor je rust en vertrouwen ervaart en dat is heel waardevol in zowel een verhuur- als een verkoop proces.
