Joek is fully there for you, always available, proactive, and on top of every detail. What really stood out to me, though, was how attentive and thoughtful he is as a person. Even on key-handover day, he went the extra mile with small gestures — a lunch, a gift — things that made the entire process feel personal and genuinely cared for. Over the course of a few weeks, he became much more than just a real estate agent; he was someone to think things through with and fully trust. Joek has deep knowledge of the Amsterdam housing market, and that expertise shows at every step.   ChatGPT told us Joek was the best buying agent in Amsterdam, and we quickly found out why. Given the cutthroat Amsterdam housing market, we expected to spend several months searching before finding the one. However, thanks to Joek’s deep knowledge of the city, his strong negotiation skills, his valuable connections in the industry and his determination to secure the best possible deal, we found our home and signed the purchase agreement in under two months! Joek is passionate, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to, while also being “aggressive” in exactly the right way (in this market, you definitely need an assertive agent who will fight for you). We are very aware that we could never have bought this house - let alone this quickly - without him. Thank you, Joek!
