Het kon echt niet beter! Ik vond het fijn dat er echt goede communicatie zowel tussen klant en makelaar is, en tussen klant en hypotheekadviseur via Elzenaar, maar ook dat via Elzenaar spreken de makelaar en hypotheekadviseur ook samen; dat maakt voor wat mij betreft echt een groot verschil! De deskundigheid aan beide kanten was ook enorm goed, zowel om advies te krijgen omtrent prijzen en onderhandelingen, maar ook waar iemand erop moet letten tijdens een bezoek. Ook belangrijk is dat stappen worden héél duidelijk uitgelegd, en legale documenten ook constant samen bekeken, om te zorgen dat alles duidelijk en transparant blijft. Ik kan echt geen minpunt vinden bij Elzenaar, ik hoorde goede dingen over de makelaardij via mijn omgeving en ik ben blij dat niets was overdrijvend: echt top!
