KAMP & KOOLHOF Real Estate Agents and Valuators B.V. is a full-service NVM real estate agency, originally founded in 1905 and always based in Delfzijl. Our office has a strong presence in the Eemsdelta and Central Groningen regions (Delfzijl, Appingedam, Holwierde, Loppersum, Siddeburen, Slochteren, and surrounding areas), as well as in the Oldambt region (Winschoten, Scheemda, Blauwestad, and surrounding areas). We are a member of the Royal Dutch Cooperative Association of Real Estate Agents and Valuators NVM.

With over 120 years of local market knowledge, we are perfectly placed to serve you with a wide range of real estate services for homes, apartments, commercial properties, and more. Thanks to our extensive appraising experience, we can also provide various types of (NWWI-validated) valuations.


We also rent out many houses and apartments annually and manage approximately 150 rental properties on behalf of (including private) investors. So, you've come to the right place for rental, letting, and property management needs.

    (H)eerlijke recht door zee aanpak. Luisterend oor voor onze wensen. Menne begreep onze wensen goed en heeft ons tijdens het gehele proces goed bijgestaan. Hield steeds het nuchtere overzicht en met kennis van zaken kon hij ons ondersteunen en waar nodig geruststellen. Absolute aanrader!

    Makelaar met verstand van zaken. Bij een probleem heeft hij ook de oplossing dat maakt het voor de verkopende partij gemakkelijk om zaken aan hem over te laten. Verder duidelijk afspraken gemaakt en samen met kantoor alles in goede orde verlopen.

    Het contract was prima, we werden goed op de hoogte gehouden. Ondanks dat er wat problemen waren met een koper, is dit prima opgelost. Zeker het aanbevelen waard.
