In 1991, Karin Eveleens was sworn in by the Haarlem court as one of the youngest female real estate agents and appraisers in the Netherlands. Shortly thereafter, she opened her own office in Aalsmeer. Time flies! Karin Eveleens is a certified NVM real estate agent and appraiser and has completed the post-HBO NVM Housing Market Consultant training. She appraises both residential and commercial properties and advises both private and business clients on housing matters.
