Het contact kwam niet altijd meteen tot stand. Als er eenmaal contact was, was dit prima. Ik had meer overleg verwacht.

I would recommend this agent.
Perfect verlopen. Makelaar heeft maximale uit de verkoop weten te halen. Heeft van te voren aangegeven wat het maximaal kon worden en dit werd het ook. Zo’n hoge opbrengst hadden we niet durven dromen maar het is wel gelukt. En dat tegen een fractie van de prijs van een reguliere makelaar. Het bezichtigen en maken van de woon tekst was juist leuk om te doen en was ook voor de kijkers een plus punt. Makelaarsland : Aanrader !

I would not recommend this agent.
You get what you pay for, they’re the cheapest for a reason. You will do everything yourself, you are paying for the funda posting.

At Makelaarsland, sellers can choose to handle the viewings themselves. All other aspects, from listing on Funda to legal support and sales guidance, are taken care of by our team. This is clearly explained in our service agreement, including a full overview of the costs. Extra Funda promotions are optional and charged at cost. We also ask sellers to provide VvE documents and complete a legal questionnaire, as this is part of the seller’s legal duty.
