I would also like to highlight Dirk’s level of expertise. He was not just showing us houses, but was genuinely focused on helping us find the right home, rather than simply closing a deal. Even though he acted as our makelaar, he took the time to do basic inspections, pointed out what might need fixing, gave rough cost indications, and helped us make well‑informed decisions.
