Het contact is prettig en we hadden een kort lijntje. Verkoop ging ook soepel en alles liep volgens afspraak. Erg tevreden!

I would recommend this agent.
Prima begeleiding van eerste contact tot en met de verkoop. Bepalen vraagprijs was een moment waarbij marktkennis goed uit de verf kwam. Ook advies voor styling was prima en heeft goed resultaat gehad. We hadden regelmatig contact over de voortgang, ook via een app groep. We hadden gelukkig veel bezoekers en het proces van bieden was overzichtelijk en correct. Plus, dit alles ging goed terwijl wij in het buitenland wonen. Complimenten!

I would not recommend this agent.
I was disappointed with the service. While rhe sold my house relatively quickly, they completely got the likelihood of overloading wrong (suggesting underside were more likely) and then suggesting i go in at the valuation - which seemed like a contradiction if I expected to get the valuation. The 1st agent eas very negative about the market and also contradicted her own advice before I request a replacement. Overall the agency seems to be complacent in a boyount market and not interested in trying to get the seller the best possible price. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this agent.
Limited service and interest, not following some opportunities well enough. Initial service was correct and also during the first viewings, but after that we missed enough follow up to viewers/potential buyers, low marketing and real interest in making a good deal for the sellers. Finally we needed to took over and the young people at the agency were more supportive.
