Zeer gemakkelijk contact met de makelaars. Fijn dat er een team beschikbaar was voor vragen en assistentie. De informatie en verwachtingen waren zeer duidelijk. De makelaars waren zeer behulpzaam en duidelijk kundig, hun suggesties hebben enorm geholpen.

During the sales process, we thoroughly discussed that the market situation for apartments, partly due to government regulations which have led to an increase in housing supply – could negatively impact both the pricing and the time to sell. At that time, the asking price was set based on historical transaction data, as the market was still in a stable condition. We mentioned the market cooling several times and, despite our efforts, we did not foresee such a rapid shift. We understand that these developments are disappointing to you and regret that the final outcome did not meet your and our expectations. Door Annemarie van Duuren begeleid. Zeer professioneel. Kunnen alles snel in werking zetten, waaronder ook de styling. De adviezen die zij gaven waren ook realistisch i.t.t. de vorige makelaar waar de verkoop ook moeizaam verliep.. De woning is na 2 maanden verkocht! Bovendien is de courtage is ook lager dan andere makelaars.
