I would recommend this agent.
We availed their services for both buying and selling our house. They have helped us secure a good deal for a house that we wanted. They made really good pictures of the house and helped us place our house at a good price point in the market. So we are happy with their services. Their services for buying a new house could've been much better for the price. Feedback for them would be about proactiveness on things like finding a house, following up and negotiation for better deals.
