Alles ging gesmeerd, enthousiaste kopers die een heel aardige brief stuurden waarom zij het mooie en riante appartement wilden kopen. Her mooie uitzicht bovenste appartement en kijk op het water en de molen en met garageplek.

We highly recommend The Good Guys. This is the second time that we buy and sell an apartment with Vincent van Weert and we have always been very happy with his services. He has a great knowledge of the market and always provided us with valuable advices. He helped us finding apartments which were matching our needs. When selling those apartments, his advices to position them at the right price to attract buyers and to sell them quickly and at the best price have been remarkable.

Uitstekend begeleid bij de verkoop van ons huis door The Good Guys! Hun kennis van de markt, vakkundige aanpak en manier van communiceren hebben we als heel prettig en professioneel ervaren. Fijne en kundige communicatie, zijn goed op de hoogte van de lokale markt en de prijzen. Hierdoor krijg je realistisch beeld over wat je kan verwachten maar ook wat jezelf nodig hebt voor een vervolg stap.
