An Amsterdam-based lady with over 20 years of experience in real estate, specializing in sales, purchases, lease hold advice, rentals and appraisals. Since 2018, she has been an expert in leasehold matters and a member of the Leasehold Committee (erfpacht commissie) of the MVA (Amsterdam Real Estate Association). She is also a member of the NVM (Dutch Association Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate Experts), Vastgoedcert and NRVT (Dutch Register of Real Estate Valuers).


Since April 2019, the office is established in Spaarndammerstraat, Amsterdam West, aimed at serving the market in an even more and efficient manner, A keen interest and curiosity in people, combined with being raised in Amsterdam, means that working for Marlous in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region is never the same each day.
