Monique van MRA heeft ons geweldig geholpen bij de verkoop van ons huis. Heldere adviezen, goede tips qua strategie en verkoopstyling. Heel prettig hoe ze de potentiële kopers benaderde en alle tijd nam om iedereen op zijn/haar gemak te stellen. Rustig de ruimte geven om alles te bezichtigen. Snelle response wanneer we vragen hadden en ook de afhandeling ging heel soepel. Zullen haar zeker aanraden!

Initial contact was good, and the fee matched the service. He seemed to push for a quick sale, but the pricing was likely realistic. At times, I felt the communication could have been better — there were delays in responses, and I had to follow up for updates. Some details, like the buyer’s interest in certain fixtures, weren’t handled properly. He even arrived late to the handover, but this happens - but not very professional having a knock on effect for the official transfer at the advocaats. I gave a score of 5 because, while the house was sold for a fair price, communication should have been stronger.
