As a foreign seller based in another time zone, it was crucial to have clear and concise communication from the agent. It was also necessary for them to operate independently and overcome questions and obstacles which may mean taking initiative to build a relationship with the head of the VVE directly. In addition the first offer fell through but the agent persisted and was able to find an alternative buyer at a better price. Thanks Levi - it was a pleasure working with you.

Anna-Sophie heeft ons tijdens de verkoop van onze woning op een uitstekende manier geholpen. Van begin tot eind was zij enorm meedenkend en verliep elk contact vlekkeloos.
